Q: Can invoices from my current billing system be imported into WorkSpace?
A: The most efficient method of carrying over A/R from your current system is to use the Beginning Balances tool located in the Setup > Invoicing menu.
If your firm uses QuickBooks and you have the desired information in that system you can also bring the invoices in using our QuickBooks integration.
If your firm requires detailed history and current A/R, a custom data import can be performed for a fee. Please contact your account manager for more details and pricing.
