Q: Can I use Outlook to edit the email reminders generated for the portal?

A: If the “Preview” option has been checked in the bottom right corner of the Portal Emails screen and you click the “Send Selected” button, Outlook will open every email which has been selected. Use this with caution when sending multiple emails. If an email is opened in Outlook and not sent, the email will no longer be listed in the Portal Emails screen.
