Q: Why does my client portal website show, “This feature is coming soon?”

A: This is due to a stopped or improperly configured Otpweb service. This service is located on the server that the OfficeTools WorkSpace database resides on. You can usually resolve this issue by restarting the service. However, if the problem persists, please contact Technical Support.
