Q: Why is my time not billable? Why is my time not showing in the Billing Time screen?
A: If the time has already been invoiced, it will no longer show in the Time screen. If it has not been invoiced, the cause is typically because the “Select Time” button is active. If it is showing in red, there is a filter enabled. Click on this button and clear the filter. Another potential issue is that the work code has not been assigned to a staff member with a billable rate. Please refer to the “How to Associate Rates to Work Codes” user guide for more information.
